Worry our Mental War without an Enemy

We struggle in our mind to solve problems that may not exist.

My thought focused on the
result of my exam.
I had appeared last week,
in my final test.
I had not done well in my estimate,
and I worried.
The thought took all my attention,
peace, and sleep.
Through the night, I had nearly died,
contemplating.
All effort did not bring forth,
the result I waited for.
Now I have got the result and know…
